Welcome to a new school year at Eco Hub!
Dear Eco Hub Families,
We hope you had a refreshing and enjoyable break! Our Learning Team has recharged and is eager to embark on a new year filled with learning, adventures, discovery, and joy.
Over the summer, our team worked diligently to refine our programs and ensure alignment across all Hubs. Yesterday, we presented an overview of how learning takes place at the Hub and what you can expect for the year ahead.

First day
We’re excited to welcome you on Wednesday, the 4th of September, when our Eco Hub doors will open for drop-off from 8:30 to 9:00 am. Please remember to use only the main gate, as the side door is reserved for staff and service providers.
We’re sure your learners are just as excited as we are about the first day! We encourage you to take pictures on Day 1, as from the next day onward, we’ll say our goodbyes at the door to help your learners smoothly transition into their day.
Upcoming key dates
Here are some key dates to keep in mind:
September 3: New families lunch at the Hub @ 1:00pm
September 4-10: Onboarding week. We encourage new learners being picked up at 2:30pm the first weeks, to ease their adaptation.
September 5: Family welcome potluck @ 4:30pm
September 6: Beach day! Make sure your child(ren) are wearing swimming clothes and a change of clothes.
September 27: Parent coffee at the Hub @ 9:30am
September 30 - October 4: Optional parent meetings
Lunch
Our Community Host has sent out a lunch survey, which we kindly ask you to complete as soon as possible if you haven't done so already. Below is the catering menu option for the first two weeks:
We look forward to welcoming our new families on Tuesday, the 3rd, from 1 – 2 pm for a New Families Lunch and to seeing all learners Wednesday, the 4th, for the start of the 2024/25 school year.
We are thrilled to begin this new chapter with you and can't wait to see you all soon!
