We aim to communicate with you in a clear and consistent way to ensure your family has the best possible Learnlife experience. We use three primary forms of communication with you, as shown below.
We will create a one-way WhatsApp Group and use it as our main form of communication with you.
What we use WhatsApp for:
Sending essential information, news and events
Sharing updates about your learner’s learning program
Sending you the parent newsletters monthly
We will send more information about joining the group and how it works in August.
We use email for 1:1 communications with you.
What we use email for:
Sending you 1:1 communications, such as updates of your learner and invites to parent meetings.
Sending field trip or event information that may require a reply from you (WhatsApp will only be for us to send messages to all the LL community).
When you should use email:
For sending 1:1 communications to our team
Communicating with your learner's mentor

The weekly newsletter is one of our main methods of communication with families. Please make sure to read it every week, as it includes important updates, reminders, upcoming events, deadlines, and information connected to your child’s experience at the Hub.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00. If you contact us outside of these hours, your message will be read the following day.
We aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours. If you require an urgent response, we recommend calling us at +34 695 118 539.
During the summer, please reach out via email to: admissions@learnlife.com.
