Communication at Urban Hub

We aim to communicate with you in a clear and consistent way to ensure your family has the best possible Learnlife experience. We use three primary forms of communication with you, as shown below.

✉️ Email

Email is our main form of communication.

What we use email for:

General announcements.
Sending you 1:1 communications, such as updates of your learner and invites to parent meetings.
Sending field trip or event information that may require a reply from you (WhatsApp will only be for us to send messages to all the LL community).

When you should use email:

Reporting absences.
For sending 1:1 communications to our team.
Communicating with your learner's mentor.
Requesting official documentation from Learnlife.
Sending documents that are relevant to your learners' learning journey.

🗣️ Newsletter

The monthly newsletter is one of our main methods of communication with families. Please make sure to read it, as it includes important updates, reminders, upcoming events, deadlines, and information connected to your child’s experience at the Hub.

📥When to contact us and our response times

Our team is available Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00. If you contact us outside of these hours, your message will be read the following day.

We aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours. If you require an urgent response, we recommend calling us at +34 695 118 539.
