We’re delighted to invite our Learnlife families to Mindvalley University 2026 in Tallinn.
“The global conference for transformational learning — a full immersion where transformation happens daily, connection runs deep, and learning meets deep living.”
For the third consecutive year, Learnlife will design and deliver the dedicated children’s and teen programme (ages 6–18). Our team will create meaningful, future-focused experiences that give young people their own powerful journey alongside the adult programme.
As official partners of Mindvalley, Learnlife families can access early bird partner pricing.
If you’re interested, please contact nicole@learnlife.com for details and access to the partner rate.
We would love to see many of you there.
Thank you to all the families who joined our recent session with Suzanne on sleep, movement, and nutrition.

We’re happy to announce that StudioFest 26 will take place on March 19th from 4:00–7:00 PM at the Urban Hub.
StudioFest is envisioned as an annual festival celebrating the creativity, skills, and learning that take place in the Studios at Learnlife. Over the course of Menu 3, learners will be working collaboratively to plan, design, and host a vibrant, festival-style event that will be open to the community of parents and families.
Although we’re still shaping the full experience, we’re confident there will be plenty to explore and enjoy. Expect live music and DJs, food, art installations, hands-on workshops, performances, and much more—all created and curated by our learners.
We’ll continue to share updates as the event comes together, but for now, please save the date. We’re excited to invite you into the Studio world and celebrate the incredible work our learners are doing.
To ensure continuity of sessions , particularly as many learners do not sit AP exams and Creators have Colonias shortly after, AP Mock Exams will take place during the school day according to the schedule shown here.
Mocks are designed not only as checkpoints, but also to build stamina and resilience in preparation for their exams.
Learners are expected to attend building blocks as normal outside of their mock window.
Learners with accommodations will receive adjusted versions in line with their official supports.
If a learner is unable to attend their scheduled mock, parents must inform us in advance. In such cases:
The exam must be supervised at home
It will be completed using a lockdown browser
No additional devices may be accessible
Each year, Colonias are an essential part of our programme experience.
Colonias are multi-day, programme-based learning trips designed to strengthen community, deepen independence, and connect learners to nature and real-world challenges.
They are not simply school trips. They are immersive experiences where learners:
Build stronger relationships within their programme
Develop autonomy and shared responsibility
Step outside routine and comfort zones
Engage in nature-based and experiential learning
Strengthen resilience, collaboration, and problem-solving
These days often become some of the most memorable and formative moments of the year.
Upcoming Dates
Week of March 23–27: Colonias for Explorers & Creators
June 15–18: Colonias for Changemakers
Programme Leads will share detailed logistics, packing lists, and learning focus in the coming weeks.
In the coming week, the first re-enrollment payments are due.
We are currently confirming places for the next academic year. Due to high interest and a growing intake list, places cannot be held without re-enrollment confirmation.
If your learner is returning, please ensure payment is completed on time to secure their place.
If you have any questions about your learner’s status for next year, please reach out directly.
As part of our alignment process across all Hubs, we’re excited to introduce a unified approach to behavior expectations and protocols. This framework is designed to ensure consistency, clarity, and fairness, supporting a positive and respectful environment for all Learners and Learning Guides.
Additionally, we’ve streamlined behavior protocols to provide clear steps for addressing challenges. The process prioritizes restorative practices, encouraging learners to reflect, recognize responsibility, and find constructive solutions.
By unifying these guidelines, we aim to create a cohesive experience across all Hubs, reinforcing our shared values and commitment to a nurturing, learner-centered community.
Below you can find the tech and device policy shown during the welcome back presentation. Please read the presentation for our recommendations on child protection software for devices.
Laptop and charger, Pencil Case (pens, pencils, markers / colors, highlighters, eraser, sharpener), Notebooks (lined and grid) of choice, Transparent Folder to keep loose papers, Water bottle, Headphones, Lunch & Cutlery (Important!)
*Make sure everything is named.
Your child can bring their own lunch daily. Alternatively, you can place an order for their lunch through our catering partners.
Once learners turn 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch and breaks. If your child is in Creators and under 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch with your permission. Please make sure they bring their own cutlery. We recommend that your child also bring healthy snacks with them in case they would like to eat during breaks.
