We are thrilled to have your family join us and look forward to empowering and guiding your child on their learning journey.
The guide below provides essential information to help your child prepare for their first day and get off to a great start at Learnlife!
Although this guide covers the essentials, we encourage you to join us for these key events. Dates will be shared in advance:
Welcome Back Virtual Overview: Held on 26th August at 18:00, this is an opportunity to connect as a community and learn important details. We will send you a calendar invite in August.
Welcome Back Family Potluck: Our annual welcome back potluck is held on 5th September at 13:00.

Each day, your child will need to bring:
A water bottle that can be refilled at the Hub
A small backpack
A pencil case with at least 5 pencils, an eraser, and a sharpener
This materials list provides everything your child needs during the year.
Your child’s daily schedule starts at 9.00am.
Drop-off begins at 8:45am, and we start promptly at 9.00am with Real Talk or Comunitat.
Real Talk is an opportunity for learners and staff from each programme group to connect, share their thoughts, experiences, and emotions, and review all the important information for the day/week.
Real Talk is the foundation of our relational approach and the core of social/emotional learning at the Eco Hub.

At this link, you can find our 2025-2026 Village Hub calendar. We will also keep you up to date on key events and dates in our monthly Newsletter.
The learning day begins promptly at 9:00. If your child will be absent, late, or needs to leave early, please notify us by emailing villagehub@learnlife.com or calling +34 696 98 77 34.
If your child will be absent for an extended period due to family circumstances, please notify us and also coordinate directly with the child’s Learning Guide.
Learners have a snack break daily at 10:30. You need to provide snacks for your child, which are eaten either at the Village Hub or at the park.
We ask you to provide snacks that enhance learning experiences. Excellent options include fruits, vegetables, nuts, hard-boiled eggs or whole grains. Learners can't share snacks for two key reasons: 1) allergies, and 2) parents pack what they prefer their children eat.
We find that snacks that fall into the junk food category are in high demand for trading and sharing. So please assist us in managing this by providing healthy snacks for your child. Thank you! Oh, and no soda or caffeine!
Your child can bring their lunch daily (following similar guidelines to the snack section above). Learners have lunch from 13:00-14:00 Monday through Thursday.
If your child needs to receive medication, please provide us with a copy of the prescription and instructions for use.
We cannot give learners medication without a signed note from the family and the doctor, and no learner is allowed to self-medicate.
