IMPORTANT: Direct Debit (DD) will no longer be available for tuition fees; payment methods will be bank transfer or credit card through Holded. For lunch and non-tuition fees, we will use direct debit if you have provided a SEPA from an EUropean Account; bank transfer and credit card are also available.🌟Despite the changes above, the billing cycle for tuition is the same as in previous years: invoices go out on the 1st of the month, payments are due by the 5th of the month.
All families have access to Holded, our financial management tool, where you can view your invoices and payments and make payments by credit card.
Access instructions:
-Check your email for a message from Holded (it might be in Spam!) or access directly via this link, your username is the mail you've informed to receive invoices (ask billing@learnlife.com if you have any questions).
- The password by default has been communicated via email (ask billing@learnlife.com if you have any questions). Set a new password when you first log in (using “Reset my password”)
