A "360" is a holistic reflection process where learners assess their growth, strengths, and areas for improvement over the cycle. It includes feedback from multiple perspectives, self, peers, and learning guides, to give a well-rounded view of their progress.
This process helps them develop self-awareness, communication skills, and accountability. It’s also a great opportunity for families to understand how their learner is growing and how to support them further.
Use the link to schedule your learner’s 360. Simply follow these steps:
Find your learner’s mentor’s name.
Select an available time slot.
Write your learner’s name in the chosen slot.
If you have any questions about the process, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

On Wednesday, May 27th, we’ll be celebrating Showcase from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, where learners present the projects they feel most proud of and share their process, thinking, and growth with the community. We’ll then close the evening with our learner-led Show Show from 6:00 to around 7:30 pm, with live presentations and music.
Learners each present a project they are proud of, setting up their space and sharing their ideas, process, and learning with visitors as they move through Showcase. Each learner presents twice for 30 minutes, either in the 4:00 and 5:00 slots or the 4:30 and 5:30 slots, depending on their group.
Join Learnlife’s Hub CEO, Leigh Fitzgerald, next Thursday, May 14th, at 18:00 to engage with Learnlife’s draft Technology and AI Framework. During the session, Leigh will guide parents through a series of protocols to help us refine the framework, particularly in relation to our stages of autonomy and its future integration into our competency framework, with the goal of ensuring our learners are life-ready.
We welcome your collaboration and feedback as we continue designing useful and usable tools for our parent, team, and learner community.
This session will be recorded and shared afterwards for those who are unable to attend, and you can click the button below to access the Zoom link.

Our Summer Intensives will run from June 4th to June 18th. During this period, the whole community — Explorers, Creators, and Changemakers — mixes into new groups and spends two weeks diving deeply into one area of learning.
Because of this shared structure, the schedule during Intensives will be 10:00 to 16:00 for everyone, so that all groups can stay aligned and fully engaged in the experience.
At the same time, we know some learners work better with different rhythms, so Explorers who usually arrive at 9:00 are welcome to come early, and there will be someone in the space, while Creators and Changemakers who want to stay until 17:00 to continue working on projects or requirements will also be able to do so.
Attached you will find all the available options. By clicking the button, you will be able to review them together at home so your learner can talk with you about their possible choice.

Join us on May 15th for Learnlife Prom '26: Casino Royale 007, an elegant James Bond–inspired evening from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Dress to impress, enjoy the theme, and be part of a stylish night with the community. Tickets are 8 EUR — can be purchased with Benedetta.
On Wednesday, May 20th at 6:00 pm, we will host an online virtual session to share key end-of-cycle information, review upcoming dates, and talk through some exciting updates for next year.
You can access the session by clicking the button, and if you’re unable to attend live, we will share both the recording and the slides with everyone afterwards.
Join us for another Community Wellness Day at Castelldefels Beach on Sunday, June 7th at 12:00 pm — a chance for the Learnlife community to swim, move, play, and connect by the sea.
We’ll meet at Playa de Castelldefels – Zona Esportiva, a central beach area with volleyball nets, wide open sand for group activities, easy access to chiringuitos and the boardwalk, and a family-friendly swimming area.
Meeting Point
We will meet at 12:00 on the beach in front of Restaurante Rincon de Lola: https://maps.app.goo.gl/fbq1WqkecgGsc9bw5--
How to Get There
From Barcelona, the easiest option is to take the R2 Sud train from Barcelona Sants, Passeig de Gràcia, or Estació de França to Castelldefels, which takes around 20–25 minutes, and from there either walk 15–20 minutes to the beach or take the L94 or L95 local bus toward the promenade.

What to Bring
a beach blanket or mat, plus an umbrella if you want extra shade
hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, and comfortable beach clothes
water bottles to stay hydrated
picnic food, and optionally a small cooler for drinks or fruit
any beach games or activities you’d like, such as volleyball, football, paddle ball, boogie boards, kites, frisbees, or even instruments
Families are invited to bring food to share or enjoy individually. Think light, fresh, and easy for a beach day.
Although Learlife is organizing this event, we are not liable for learners and their family members in and around the sea. Parents are expected to watch their own children and to accompany them into the water accordingly.
We are looking forward to a beautiful day of sun, sea, play, connection, and community!

Last year, changemaker Esme lead a Model United Nations adelante for a few of our learners. The movement took off, became an intensive in January, and eventually a delegation that went to two Model United Nations conferences — first at Benjamin Franklin International School, and then just a month later at ESADE.
At both events, our learners represented Learnlife brilliantly. They were prepared, confident, curious and respectful. Most importantly, they loved it and talked about how much more aware they were now of global issues and what it takes to tackle them.
Several of our learners received honours, including Honourable Mentions and Best Delegate awards. In particular, Raj Chopra, Samir Chopra, and Phil Emma each received prizes and have been invited to next month’s Best Delegate conference at ESADE — a wonderful recognition of their talent and hard work.
More than the awards, what stands out is the growth we’ve seen: sharper thinking, stronger voices, and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
We are incredibly proud of them and every learner who took their personal weekend time to show up to think about our world and its complex issues.

As part of our alignment process across all Hubs, we’re excited to introduce a unified approach to behavior expectations and protocols. This framework is designed to ensure consistency, clarity, and fairness, supporting a positive and respectful environment for all Learners and Learning Guides.
Additionally, we’ve streamlined behavior protocols to provide clear steps for addressing challenges. The process prioritizes restorative practices, encouraging learners to reflect, recognize responsibility, and find constructive solutions.
By unifying these guidelines, we aim to create a cohesive experience across all Hubs, reinforcing our shared values and commitment to a nurturing, learner-centered community.
Below you can find the tech and device policy shown during the welcome back presentation. Please read the presentation for our recommendations on child protection software for devices.
Laptop and charger, Pencil Case (pens, pencils, markers / colors, highlighters, eraser, sharpener), Notebooks (lined and grid) of choice, Transparent Folder to keep loose papers, Water bottle, Headphones, Lunch & Cutlery (Important!)
*Make sure everything is named.
Your child can bring their own lunch daily. Alternatively, you can place an order for their lunch through our catering partners.
Once learners turn 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch and breaks. If your child is in Creators and under 16, they can leave the Hub for lunch with your permission. Please make sure they bring their own cutlery. We recommend that your child also bring healthy snacks with them in case they would like to eat during breaks.
